What's Included in the Price
Liability
- A deposit of 25% of the total booking fee, along with a completed booking form, is required to confirm the booking. On receipt of the booking form and deposit, a confirmation will be sent.
- The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival. No reminder will be sent.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount is payable on booking.
- If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date then we have the right to cancel the reservation and the deposit will be non refundable.
- Debit and Credit card payments are accepted by telephone.
- Cheques to be made payable to New Inn Lane Holiday Cottages.
Cancellation
- Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
- The deposit is non refundable.
- If the cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the balance is non refundable unless the cottage is re-let.
- If, for any reason, the cottages become unavailable for the period of your booking, then a full refund will be given. No further liability will be accepted.
Occupation
- Changeover day is usually Friday.
- Occupation of the cottages is from 4.00pm on the date of arrival until 10.00am on the date of departure.
- A maximum of 4 adults may accommodate each cottage at any one time.
- We reserve the right to enter the cottage at any time.
Care of the Cottages
- Please leave the cottages in a clean and tidy condition.
- Any damages or breakages are to be reported to us as soon as possible. A charge may apply.
- Strictly no smoking and no pets.
What's Included in the Price
- Heating and electricity
- Towels, tea towels, bed linen & cleaning materials.
Liability
- The proprietor is not responsible, and cannot accept liability, for any injury to, or loss of property from, any guest whilst staying at New Inn Lane Holiday Cottages.
- Guests are advised to take out their own holiday insurance.
